Machine work performed:
We disassemble and clean the cylinder head, inspect the valve
guides, perform a 3-angle valve job and check the surface. If we
replace the valve guides we will hone the guides for proper
clearance. We recommend replacing all of the valves, valve
springs, valve keepers, valve guides, spring retainers, and valve
seals. We are in the process establishing a valve component kit
that will include all of the parts just descried for your make and
model of 4-Stroke, so give us a call at (831) 427-1000.

When shipping your cylinder head for machine work. Please! Please!
Make sure that you remove the Pucks and the Shims. You will also
have to install new shims once this type of machine work is performed.
See your owner’s manual on how to calculate shim thickness and
proper valve adjustment. On some 4-Strokes models we can set this
adjustment for you for an extra charge. We would need the cams,
Pucks and shims.

We can bore and hone cylinders from a small 50cc to your big 4” big bore
cylinders. Cylinder is cleaned, then measured for current bore size to
determine next bore size. If you’re converting to a big bore kit. There will be
an additional over size charge for this type of machine work.
